Hello Ladies,
Today I tried something a little bit different from what I usually wear. This dress was given to me from a friend of my mums (which explains why it looks a bit mummy-like). Anyways, I have had it in my wardrobe for about two years and have only worn it twice before. I decided to pair it up with some biker boots to give it a younger feel and my casual coat to stay clear of that mummy look wrap dresses can give at times.

I wore Zara black boots, plain black tights, Secondhand dress and Zara Kaki coat.

This picture shows a Necklace I was recently given by a friend who is from Israel (a beautiful place to go on holiday). It is a sort of lucky charm from the King Solomon. I will go into more detail in a future post as it is very interesting stuff!

I will have to love you and leave you now, as, once again I must get on with some work...

London Calling

Hello again! So, last week I went to London with my uni to look at fashion exhibitions and a little peek at London Fashion Week.
I went to the Fashion and Textiles Museum to see an exhibition on artist fabrics, created by artists like Picasso, Dali and Warhol.
It was full of vibrant colours and patterns that were sometimes so detailed they made your eyes go funny. All in all, a lovely exhibition which I highly recommend, especially to art and/or textiles lovers.

That day I wore, my black over-the-knee boots from a second hand shop in Mallorca, black leggings from Primark, a green checked shirt from Tommy Hilfiger, Next fluffy jumper and my black Missselfridge coat.

I hope your weekend was lovely and good luck with this week!
I know its only Monday and everything feels a lot worse then it is but actually, my trick to deal with it is very simple (and a bit infantile) but it works every time!
I simply slide on my pair of I hate Mondays knickers from Victoria Secret's Pink collection and I let Monday know just how I feel! Take that Monday!

Anyways, I must go now and do some studying... oh the joys of being a student.

Tartan Treasure

Another grey day here in Southampton. These photos were taken a few days ago though when there was no rain 24hrs a day!

I thought that in this post I would share with you my beloved tartan trousers from H&M, They are my babes and for £14 they were a bargain! (although they are ever so slightly too short on me. But nothing new there...)

I wore my black lace shoes, green tartan trousers, white top and black Primark scarf.

In my last post I forgot to mention my new layout! I hope you all like it! I decided it was time to make it my own as previously my blog was designed by fellow blogger Hannah Wilkinson from Dimplesdiaries who has a lot of experience when it comes to blogs as she has her very own.

I hope you all have a lovely day and if not pop by Hannah's blog it is sure to perk you up!

See you soon!

Blue Flowers

I decided that for this post I would make more of an effort for you girls and wear an actual dress as its seems a lifetime ago since I wore one!

I wore Zara ankle boots, black tights, Misselfridge velvet dress, my next fluffy jumper from my previous post and Zara kaki coat.

I do not wear this dress or in fact any very often as Southampton is so ridiculously windy and you spend all day holding it down or accidentally showing you knickers to random people on the street. Another reason is that I have recently decided that the dresses I own are simply too short on me... and although many people see these long legs as a blessing I see them as a curse when it comes to clothing them.

But enough complaining, I have finally put a post up!

So on that positive note I will love you and leave you. Till next time!
