Paris: Day Five

Final day in Paris, I can't believe it, it has gone so fast! I have officially fallen in love with this city! Today we went to the Basilique du Sacre coeur, which is a gorgeous white orthodox church on top of a hill, showing all of Paris below.

The weather today, even though you can't really tell in the pictures was crazy hot! The sun was out and everyone was outside enjoying the rays of golden light.

Today I wore a Zara bat-winged turtle neck, Primark cream trousers, My leather jacket and my converse.

I will be very sad to leave this wonderful city tomorrow as I have enjoyed every single corner of it. The people, the language, and especially the cheese!! In fact I just had a plate of it for dessert with a lovely glass of red wine to compliment the strong taste of the roquefort.

Tomorrow we get the Eurostar back to London and up to Southampton, and really, I don't want to go back!

I hope all of you have enjoyed today as its a Saturday and have a great weekend!

Paris: Day Four

Today we over slept, so the day started a little bit later then planned, but oh well! We are on holiday, so we left the house and waited two hours to go and see the Dali exhibition at the Pompidou. I was a little bit out of it cause I had taken a tablet and it had made me really tired so Dali's paintings looked even stranger an surreal then normal. However, I would go see it again and again and... you get the point.

We also tackled the Louvre for the second time, finishing the museum and taking our blog photos inside the greek garden in the centre on the massive building.

I wore, my Vintage black hat, my Calvin Klein jumper, my famous leather jacket, my comfortable Topshop jeans and my white (actually not so white anymore) converse.

Me and fellow blogger Hannah are off to a Jazz club now so I must get ready!

I hope you have all had a brilliant day!

Paris: Day Three

Today we went to see the Moulin Rouge! It wasn't as big and brilliant as I thought but I suppose it was during the day :)

We also went for a glass of wine in a lovely little french bar. We sat outside chatting for ages and laughing at silly stories!

I wore a Primark dress that was only £7, my Primark tights, my leather jacket and my white converse.

Well ladies and Gentlemen, this post is very brief as I am shattered and off to bed as we have a very early start tomorrow!

Have a great day tomorrow

Paris: Day Two

Today we went to the famous Louvre museum, it was amazing and giant! So big in fact that we couldn't see it all as we ended up with blisters on our feet...

I used my new bag once again and it is officially the perfect size for walking around a busy city!

These boots, however are not suitable for walking around a busy city as they end up bitting the back of your feet off...

I wore, my Next black boots, my supper skinny Topshop jeans, a peplum cardigan from Zara and my new handbag from River Island.

Day, two in Paris another success! Have a lovely evening!

Paris: Day One

Bonjour from Paris!! Today was our first day and we went to the most important and iconic building here... The Eiffel Tower! Surprise!

The sun was out but covered by a layer of clouds, however this did not stop me from getting my legs out!

I wore an ancient khaki coat from Debenhams, a scarf from springfield men, long black socks from H and M, a floral dress from Urban Outfitters ( £9, when originally it was £85), my new River Island baby blue bag and River ISland glasses.

Just got home and stuffed my face with a baguette and some cheese as we walked 15 km today!! I'm shattered but so inlove with this city!

Anyways, I am on my way to chilling out on the sofa with a glass of wine! No just kidding im actually just sitting at a table talking about the day with my friends! Oh and getting my nails painted as I am a disaster!

I hope your day has been as brilliant as mine!

Caribbean Touch!

Hello Everyone! I have finally posted a new post, thanks to fellow blogger Hannah recuperating from the worst and longest flu I have ever heard of!

Right now I am at the Library "doing some work" as I have an essay to give in in two weeks which I haven't even started... So the plan is to spend the whole day here writing so that I can relax tomorrow and finish it off this weekend. I have come armed with a bottle of water, a coronation chicken sandwich and a big bag of Tangtastic Haribos in the hope that I will survive here till 9 tonight.

I have had my second hole pierced on my ear lobe as my previous ones closed, believe it or not I had to ask my boyfriend permission though! He says I have too many as I currently have 8 but my plan is to add them slowly so that he doesn't notice! Anyways, I just wanted to show the off!

I am wearing, a Zara top, my vintage Levi's shorts (which I have just found out they are not as high-waisted as I once thought they were, some skin coloured tights, socks from Calzedonia and my white Converse.

Oh I almost forgot! On Monday I'm off to Paris!! I can't wait! So the next blog will be from France!
If any of you have been there before please tell me of any places I must go to or anything I must see!

I should go now as I really need to get started on my essay!
I hope you are all having a great day!

Oh the WIND!!

Today was a ridiculously windy day, and still is actually. Taking pictures in the cold with a thin skater skirt was not the easiest task but fellow blogger (dimples diaries) Hannah did a very good job, wouldn't you agree?

It has been a short day at uni today because it seems that one of my lecturers has come down with the flu or something so her two hour seminar was cancelled! Yay!

To celebrate such an event I went with my very sexy (in his new leather jacket I bought him for his birthday) boyfriend for a good old fish, chips and mushy peas, Yum!

These are my new tights from Primark, only £3!

I wore my black Pink Floyd top from H&M, my new grey roses blazer from Primark, on sale for £7, my dusty pink skater skirt from Misselfridge, new tights and my black converse

Seen as in my last post I mentioned I got a new camera... Say Hello to Nick the Nikon. He is very light, quick, skilled, has a great zoom and comes in a lovely glossy mink instead of the typical black (obviously there is the option to buy it in black, or red and blue, for the more adventurous photographers). I would recommend this camera as he is a very good friend to me and I love him very much :)

Anyway, I hope you have had a lovely day and the wind has not lifted any of your skirts or dresses like it did mine ALL day!
